Selecting a contract

You can use the Select Contract view when the account has more than one service contract and you require to select the appropriate contract to charge the ticket against.

Note: The security access determines what functions are available. Contact system administrator for any access rights changes. The full functionality cannot be accessible for the WebViewer users.

To select a contract:

  1. Click Contract Find on the Ticket detail view.
  2. Use the Find Contract view to find a contract, select the contract in the list, and click OK. See Finding records
    Note: Tickets and ticket activities are recorded for the selected contract.
