Using the Outbound Transactions list view

The list view displays all of the outbound transactions that you can access. You can use Groups and Lookup to filter the list of records.

The Outbound Transactions list view displays newly promoted or updated application records waiting to be processed by the outbound JobService. Once the files are processed, they are not available from this view.

Note: Outbound transactions that are available for an extended period of time can indicate a problem with the Job Service.

You can click Outbound Transactions on the Navigation Bar. The Outbound Transactions list view is displayed.
