Adding contacts and leads

To add contacts and leads:

  1. Click Add Attendees on the Attendees tab.
  2. Use the Lookup Attendees screen to find contacts or leads you require to add as attendees to the activity.
  3. Specify the first few letters of the person first name or last name, add an asterisk*, and click Search.
  4. Select one or more contacts or leads, and click Add Selected.
  5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 until you have selected all of the attendees you require to add to the activity.
  6. Click Close, when finished.
