Running a SpeedSearch index schedule manually

You can manually run and rebuild an index instead waiting for a scheduled rebuild of the index. The SpeedSearch indexes must be rebuilt on a regular basis to ensure that the updated information is available to users through SpeedSearch.

Note: The system administrator and users with appropriate role can access these features. See What are Roles and Secured Actions?

Select Administration > SpeedSearch Manager on the navigation bar. The SpeedSearch Manager list view is displayed.
Click the Schedules tab.
Select the schedule you require to run immediately and in the Task Pane, click Run Now.
Click OK.
