Configuring Outlook Sync Integration
You must complete these tasks to configure the Outlook Sync integration:

Configure the application SData synchronization. See Configuring SData.
Note: This must to be done only once to support all integrations.
- Select OutlookSync on the Integration list view. The OutlookSync page is displayed. See Using the Integrations list view
- Select the Enabled check box.
- Click Save.

Click
Resources tab to enable and set the sync
direction for each of the resources to synchronize between Infor CRM SLX and
Microsoft Outlook.
- Select the Enabled check box
for each resources to synchronize.
- Contact: synchronize contacts
- Calendar: synchronize phone calls and meetings
- Task: synchronize to-dos
- Lead: synchronize contacts
- Click Edit to change the
sync direction or conflict resolution options for each resource to
synchronize. The Edit Resource window is
displayed.
- Click the Sync Direction arrow and select one
of these values from the list:
- 1-way from Infor CRM: Data synchronizes from Infor CRM SLX to Microsoft Outlook only.
- 1-way to Infor CRM: Data synchronizes from Microsoft Outlook to Infor CRM SLX only.
- 2-way synchronization: Data synchronizes to and from Infor CRM SLX and Microsoft Outlook.
- Click the Conflict Resolution arrow and
select one of these values from the list:
- Integration Wins: The changes made in Microsoft Outlook is retained and synchronizes with Infor CRM SLX.
- Infor CRM wins: The change made in Infor CRM SLX is retained and synchronizes with Microsoft Outlook.
- Latest change wins: The most recent change is retained and synchronizes to either Infor CRM SLX or Microsoft Outlook.
- Click OK to close the Edit Resource window.
- Click the Sync Direction arrow and select one
of these values from the list:
- Select the Enabled check box
for each resources to synchronize.
- Click Save.

Grant the appropriate access:
- Configure the Integration role for each user with administrative access must be granted for non-accounting integrations. See Selecting a role

Add these secured actions to the Standard User role to
provide individual users access to non-administrative integration
tasks:
- Integration/View
- Entities/SyncHistory/View
- Entities/SyncJob/View
