Removing a product from a sales order

You can remove products from a sales order, if a customer is not interested in the product, or if the products are added accidentally. You can remove products from the Insert Sales Order window or Sales Order detail view. Deleting a product only removes the product association with a particular sales order. The product is not deleted from the database.

To remove products from the Sales Order detail view:

  1. Access the Sales Order detail view, and select the Products tab. If the tab is not visible, select More Tabs.
  2. Select the record to be removed and click Remove.
