Using the Ticket list view
Use Ticket list view to all the tickets that you can access. You can use and to filter the list of records.
Note: Security access determines
the available functions. Contact the administrator for any access right modifications.
Web Viewer users cannot access full functionality.
To access the Ticket list view you can click Tickets on the Navigation bar.
On this page you can:
- Click to refresh the list information.
- Click the ticket ID to access the Ticket detail view.
The Task Pane contains the Common Tasks section. In this section, you can:
- Use Mail Merge in the web client. See Using Mail Merge in the web client
- Add or remove tickets from a group. See Adding Ad Hoc group records
- Save Records as a group. See Adding an Ad Hoc group
- Export to file. See Exporting records to a file
