Using the Ticket list view

Use Ticket list view to all the tickets that you can access. You can use Groups and Lookup to filter the list of records.

Note: Security access determines the available functions. Contact the administrator for any access right modifications. Web Viewer users cannot access full functionality.

To access the Ticket list view you can click Tickets on the Navigation bar.

On this page you can:

  • Click Refresh to refresh the list information.
  • Click the ticket ID to access the Ticket detail view.
