Adding a workflow
Use this page to specify the CRM or ION workflow information. You can specify the workflow related data in the Workflow Definition detail view.
To define a workflow data:

Access the Integration detail page. See Using the Integration detail view
- For CRM Workflow: Expand Integration, click Integrations > CRM Workflow.
- For ION Workflow : Expand Integration, click Integrations > ION Workflow.
- Click the Workflows tab, and click Add icon.
- Specify a unique name, without spaces, for the workflow in the Workflow Name field.
- Specify a short description of the workflow in the Workflow Description field.

Select the primary Entity for the
workflow.
Note:
- The entities in the list are determined by the Enabled for workflow attribute of the entity model. For more information, see the Application Architect Help topic: Exposing Entities, Properties, and Relationships to CRM Workflows.
- You cannot modify the entity value, once the workflow definition is saved.
- Select the Active check box to enable the workflow.

Select the Auto Triggered check box
to enable active monitoring of the updated data based on the trigger condition
when defined in the Workflow Definition form.
Note: This is applicable for ION Workflows only. By default, CRM Workflows are set to Manual trigger. CRM Workflow triggers must be configured in the Workflow Definition detail view. See CRM workflows

Select the Lock Entity Fields check
box to maintain the data until the workflow is approved or rejected.
Note: This is applicable for ION Workflows only.
- Click OK.
