Inserting a customer journey

Customer journeys are a series of stages and steps to guide a user through a particular process.

To insert a customer journey:

  1. Select New Customer Journey from the Administration menu.
  2. Specify the name of the customer journey in the Name field. This is the name that users see in the list on the detail view of Customer Journey tab.
  3. Specify a brief description of the customer journey in the Description field.
  4. Select the Active check box to make the customer journey available to select from the list on the detail view Customer Journey tab.
  5. Click the Entity arrow and select the entity to be associated with customer journey. Customer journeys are specific to an entity and are only available on the Customer Journey tab for that entity detail view.
  6. Click Save.
