Requesting deploy access

Requesting Deploy Access is for Infor CRM SLX Cloud implementations only. Cloud implementations must request a maintenance access window before the Deploy menu item is available. Requesting access sends an email request to the Infor CRM Cloud Support team.

Note: You must rebuild the Web Platform before deploying. See Rebuilding the Web Platform.

To request access to deploy:

  1. Click Request Deploy Access from the Developer Tools menu. The Request Access page is displayed.
  2. Add your name in the Requestor Name field.
    Note: This name is associated with the request.
  3. Add the email address in the Customer Email address to be included on the request email message.
  4. Add description of the reason you require to schedule a maintenance window to deploy one or more portal in the Request Maintenance Window Reason.
  5. Add date, start time and end time when you require access to deploy your portals in the Request Maintenance Window Timeframe.
    Note: The requested timeframe may not exceed 48 hours of access.
  6. Click OK.
  7. Access the .eml file in Downloads folder.
  8. Select the application you require to view the .eml file in. For example, Microsoft Outlook.
  9. Review the contents of the email messages and send the email messages to the Infor CRM Cloud Support team. The Infor CRM Cloud Support team reviews your request and update when you can have the access to deploy. During your access window, the Deploy item is available on the Developer Tools menu.
