Configuring Sales Intelligence integration

Complete these tasks to configure the Sales Intelligence integration. Once configured, users can view the likelihood that a customer can purchase a product within the next 30 days and recommendations of what products can be purchased.

To configure:

  1. Select Sales Intelligence on the Integrations list view. See Using the Integrations list view
  2. Select the Enabled check box.
  3. Click Save.
  4. Display or hide the Sales Intelligence Purchase Likelihood Score.
    1. Access the Sales Intelligence integration detail view and click the Options tab.
    2. Find the Account field.
    3. Specify type True in the Value field, to display the Purchase Likelihood Score on the Account detail view, or specify False to hide the Purchase Likelihood Score.
    4. Repeat step 3 for the Contact field to display or hide the Purchase Likelihood Score on the Contact detail view.
    5. Click Save.
