Configuring Sales Intelligence integration
Complete these tasks to configure the Sales Intelligence integration. Once configured, users can view the likelihood that a customer can purchase a product within the next 30 days and recommendations of what products can be purchased.
To configure:
- Select Sales Intelligence on the Integrations list view. See Using the Integrations list view
- Select the Enabled check box.
- Click .

Display or hide the Sales
Intelligence Purchase Likelihood Score.
- Access the Sales Intelligence integration detail view and click the Options tab.
- Find the Account field.
- Specify type True in the Value field, to display the Purchase Likelihood Score on the Account detail view, or specify False to hide the Purchase Likelihood Score.
- Repeat step 3 for the Contact field to display or hide the Purchase Likelihood Score on the Contact detail view.
