Removing Ad hoc records

To remove ad hoc records:

Access the required ad hoc group to remove from any list view. See What are Groups?
Select one or more records by pressing the Ctrl or Shift key as you click each item from the list view.
Right-click in the list view grid and select Remove from Group or from the Task Pane, select Remove from Group.

Note: You can also access the detail view of the record you require to remove and from the Task Pane, select Remove from Group.
