Adding a resource

You can add a new resource to a list of available resources. These resources are displayed when you schedule an activity such as Phone call, Meeting or To-Do.

Note: The system administrator and users with the appropriate role can access these features.

To add a resource:

  1. Select New Resource from the Administration menu. The Insert Resource page is displayed.
  2. Specify the details in the resource information fields. See Resource information fields
  3. Click Save.
