Understanding Email integration

Email integration is used to record Emails from Microsoft Outlook as history items for the associated Infor CRM SLX contact or lead.

Use Email integration to:

  • Record to Infor CRM History from your inbox or sent items. See Recording an Email message to history
  • Save Email attachments to Infor CRM SLX.
  • Use the Infor CRM SLX Address book.
  • Attach Infor CRM SLX Library documents to Email messages.
  • Attach an Infor CRM SLX Contact vCard in Email messages.
  • Send an Infor CRM SLX contact’s information in vCard format from Outlook.
