Understanding Email integration
Email integration is used to record Emails from Microsoft Outlook as history items for the associated Infor CRM SLX contact or lead.
Use Email integration to:
- Record to Infor CRM History from your inbox or sent items. See Recording an Email message to history
- Save Email attachments to Infor CRM SLX.
- Use the Infor CRM SLX Address book.
- Attach Infor CRM SLX Library documents to Email messages.
- Attach an Infor CRM SLX Contact vCard in Email messages.
- Send an Infor CRM SLX contact’s information in vCard format from Outlook.
