Request Template tab

The Request Template tab, on the Price Service detail view, defines the content that application publishes to the host ERP system, to request pricing and availability content. The tab displays the actual XML template for the generation of the price service request. See Back Office

It is recommended to not modify the content on this tab. Modify the content only if suggested by an application representative. The tab displays the actual XML template for the generation of the price service request.

You can view the data on this tab only if pricing services are configured for the specified Back Office.

To view the Request Template tab:

  • Access the Price Service detail view and click the Price Services tab on the Back Office detail view and click the Name link.
    Note: The Price Service detail view is in read-only mode unless the selected price service is customized. To customize a price service, see Modifying or customizing a Price Service.
  • Click the Request Template tab.
