Adding Ship To information

Use this view to add associated ship to information. See Back Office

Note: 

You can only add Ship To information if:

  • The associated account is successfully promoted.
  • The sales order has not yet shipped or invoiced.
  • The quote is not expired or converted to a sales order.

To add Ship To information:

  1. Click the Ship To tab on the Account, Bill To, Sales Order, or Quote detail views.
  2. Click Add ERP Ship To.
  3. Specify this information:
    Name
    The name of the ship to record.
    Main Phone
    The phone number to be used for the ship to record.
    Fax
    The fax to be used for the ship to record.
    Email
    The email address to be used for the ship to record.
    Status
    The status of the ship to record. Click the drop-down arrow and select from the list.
    Tax Code
    Specify the buyer tax code to apply the ship to record, if applicable.
    Payment Term
    The payment condition or conditions that must be met. Click the field and select from the list.
    Payment Method
    The method of payment for the sales order. Click the field and select from the list.
    Carrier
    The carrier to use for delivering the sales order. Click Find to find the appropriate carrier. See Finding records
    Address
    Address for the ship to record. Click Edit, to view the Edit Address window and complete the address information. To view a map of the address, click Map. If Contour integration is enabled and configured it displays a map using the Contour provider. If a provider is not configured the address displays in MapQuest.     Note: Based on the implementation, you cannot modify address information.
    Customer Type
    A description of the customer type. Click the arrow and select from the list. The available options are specific to the implementation.
    Territory
    The territory to which the record must be assigned. Click the field and select from the list. The available options are specific to the integrated application. For specific questions please refer to the documentation for the integrated application or contact the administrator.
  4. Click OK.
  5. Promote the Ship To if required based on the implementation.
    1. Click Promote in the Task Pane if the Sync Status is set to Changes Pending. Else no action is required. See Using the Task Pane
