Setting trigger conditions for a workflow

You can define workflow trigger conditions based on business requirements.

Note: Only the users with the Administrator role can execute this process.

To set the trigger condition for a workflow:

  1. Select Integration > Integrations on the Navigation Bar. The Integrations list view is displayed.
  2. Click ION Workflow or CRM Workflow. The Workflows tab is displayed in the Integration detail view.
  3. Select the Workflow Name, for which the condition must be set on the Workflows tab. The Workflow detail view is displayed.
  4. Click Edit Condition.
    Note: The Edit Condition option is not available for CRM workflows, if Manual Trigger is selected.
  5. Select an entity property to be used as a trigger condition in the Attribute field.
  6. Select an Operator.
  7. Select or specify a value for the entity property and the operator.
  8. Click Add, to add more conditions.
  9. Repeat steps 5 through 8 to set more conditions.
  10. Click OK.
    Note:  The conditions created can be viewed in the Trigger Condition field. Modifications to the Workflow definition are displayed in the Workflow Definition Audit tab.
