LX with anonymous authentication price service information

Use this table to identify the Price Service information for LX implementations using Anonymous authentication when:

Modifying or customizing a price service. See Modifying or customizing a Price Service
Using the Price Service detail view. See Using the Price Service detail view

If a default value exists, Infor CRM strongly recommends leaving the default setting unchanged.

This information is read-only when viewing the Price Service detail view of a non-customized price service.


Name	Description
Name	The name of the price service. Valid options include: OrderLineTotal QuoteOrderLineTotal OpportunityOrderLineTotal AvailableToPromise QuoteAvailableToPromise OpportunityAvailableToPromise OrderTotal QuoteOrderTotal The price service name determines which End Point suffix to use.
Active	Default: Selected This must be selected for the price service to function as expected. This can only be modified on a customized price service. This option must be cleared if the ERP do not support the corresponding functionality.
Description	A description of the price service.
Custom (Price Service detail view only)	If selected, identifies that the price service is customized and is therefore editable. This is automatically selected once the custom version is saved and cannot be modified.
Back Office (Price Service detail view only)	The name of the associated back office.
Service Type	Default: SOAP
Method	Default: POST
Action Name	A read-only price service reference.
End Point	This information is provided by the ERP administrator or integrator.
End point suffix	Use the End Point suffix defined for the required price service, as identified in the Name field.

Note: To implement Prospect Pricing for opportunities, quotes, and sales orders of unpromoted accounts, in the Add/Edit Back Office Accounting Entity dialog box, you must define the Default Customer ID field with the ERP-based customer number to use for price service requests of opportunities, quotes, and sales orders of unpromoted accounts.
