Standard Resolution Standard Problems tab
Use this view to view or associate standard problems with a resolution.
Note: The system administrator and users with the appropriate role can
access these features. See What are Roles and Secured Actions?
To access this view, on the Standard Resolution detail view, click the Standard Problems tab. See Using the Resolution detail view
You can perform these actions:
- Associate a resolution:
- Click icon.
- Use the lookup to find a standard problem.
- Select a record and click , and click to delete a resolution.
You can review this information:
Field Name | Description |
---|---|
Description | The description of the problem. |
Area | The location where the problem occurs. |
Category | The type of problem. |
Issue | Indicates the problem. |
Notes | Brief notes about the problem. |
