Standard Resolution Standard Problems tab

Use this view to view or associate standard problems with a resolution.

Note: The system administrator and users with the appropriate role can access these features. See What are Roles and Secured Actions?

To access this view, on the Standard Resolution detail view, click the Standard Problems tab. See Using the Resolution detail view

You can perform these actions:

  • Associate a resolution:
    1. Click Associate Problem icon.
    2. Use the lookup to find a standard problem.
  • Select a record and click Remove, and click OK to delete a resolution.
You can review this information:
Field Name Description
Description The description of the problem.
Area The location where the problem occurs.
Category The type of problem.
Issue Indicates the problem.
Notes Brief notes about the problem.
