Attendees tab

Use the Attendees tab to identify contacts and leads expected to attend an activity.

By default, when a contact or lead is added as an Association on the General tab, you are asked if you require to add the contact or lead as an attendee. To include the contact or lead as an attendee, click Yes.

If an application user associated with a contact is added to the Availability tab, the contact is added to the Attendees tab. If you add a contact who is associated with an Infor CRM user to the Attendees tab, the associated user is automatically added to the Availability tab, so you can see if the user is free or busy.

On this page, you can:

  • Access the Attendees tab: Schedule or modify a meeting or phone call and click the Attendees tab.
  • Add one or more contacts. See Adding one or more Contacts
  • Add one or more leads. See Add one or more leads
  • Add contacts and leads. See Adding contacts and leads
  • Assign a role to an attendee:
    • Click in the Role column for the attendee you require to modify in the grid.
    • Specify a role or click the arrow and select from the list.
  • Remove a contact or lead: Select one or more records in the list and click Delete.
