Using the Defect Tickets tab

Use this tab to add or remove an association between tickets and defects. Management and other users can use this information to determine the severity of the defect and actions required to correct the defect.

To view the Tickets tab, you can access the Defect detail view and click the Tickets tab. If the tab is not visible, click More Tabs. See More tabs

Click the Ticket ID to access to the Ticket detail view. See Using the Ticket detail view

To associate a ticket:

  • Click Associate Ticket icon.
  • Locate and select the ticket using the lookup. See Finding records.
  • Click OK.

To disassociate a ticket:

  • Click the Remove link next to the record you require to remove.
  • Click OK.
