Using the Defect Products tab

This tab displays information for products this defect affects. Use this tab to add or remove an association between products and defects. Management and other users can use this information to determine the severity of the defect and actions required to correct the defect.

To view:

1. Access the Defect detail view. See Using the Defect detail view
2. Click the Products tab. If the tab is not visible, click More Tabs. See More tabs

To associate a product to a defect:

1. Click Associate Product.
2. Locate and select one or more products using the lookup. See Finding records.
3. Click Add Selected.

To disassociate a product from a defect:

1. Select the record you require to remove and click Delete.
2. Click Yes.
