Copying a defect

You can copy information from an existing defect to create a new one. If you use the Copy option, Infor CRM SLX copies information from the original record.

To copy:

  1. Access the Defect detail view. See Using the Defect detail view
  2. Click Copy Defect. The Insert Defect view is displayed with information from the original record.
