Using the Exchange Rates list view
The Exchange Rates list view displays all of the available currency exchange rates. You can use and to filter the list of records.
Note:
- The system administrator and users with the appropriate role can access these features. See What are Roles and Secured Actions?
- In order for the Exchange Rates list view to available, you must first enable multi currency from the Office Profiles Currency tab. See Managing Currency
To access the Exchange Rates list view, select from the Navigation Bar and select .
You can perform these actions:
- Click to refresh list information.
- Select the Exchange Rate detail view. See Using the Exchange Rate detail view to access the
- Work with records in a grid. See Working with Grids in list views and tabs
- Filter My list. See Using Task Pane filters
- Use the Using lookup option to search for records. See
- Review a group. See What are Groups?
The Task Pane contains the Common Tasks section. In this section, you can:
- Add to Group. See Adding Ad Hoc group records
- Remove from Group. See Adding Ad Hoc group records
- Save Records as a Group. See Adding an Ad Hoc group
- Import records. See Importing records
- Export records. See Exporting records to a file
- Delete records. See Deleting multiple records
The Task Pane contains the Exchange Rate Tasks section. In this section, you can:
- Update Exchange Rate. See Updating currency
- View the Base Currency. The Base Currency is cannot be modified. To manage the base currency, you must access the Office Profile detail view Currency tab. See Managing Currency
