Using the Ticket Activity Rate Details tab

Use the Ticket Activity Rate detail view, Details tab to view additional information about the ticket activity rate.

To view:

Expand Service, and click Ticket Activity Rates on the Navigation Bar to access the Ticket Activity Rates list view. If required, use the lookup to locate a ticket activity rate, and click the Description link to access the detail view.
Click the Details tab.
View the following:

Create User

The name of the user who created the activity rate.

Create Date

The date on which the activity rate was created.

Modify User

The name of the user who last modified the activity rate.

Modify Date

The date on which the activity rate was last modified.
