Contact Associations tab (back office extension)
The Contact Associations tab displays a list of associated contacts. This information is for display only and must be added or modified in the integrated application. For specific questions please refer to the documentation for the integrated application or contact the administrator. See Back Office
On this page you can:
- Access the Contact Associations tab: Select the Account, Bill To, Ship To, or Pay From detail view and click the Contact Association tab. If the tab is not visible, click. See More tabs
- Click Name to view the Contact detail view. See Using the Contact detail view
- Click the link for the person you require to send an Email.
- Associate a contact to an account. See Associating a contact to a promoted account
