Using the Customer Journey Instance details

Use the Customer Journey details to view the details of the selected Customer Journey instance. You can view the graphical representation of the stages, statistics, and check boxes indicating if a stage or step is completed and the view cannot be modified.
Note: The workspace can be different depending on your access rights or if the installation has been customized.

To open:

  1. Click the Customer Journey 360 tab on the Account detail view.
  2. Click the customer journey bar to open the Customer Journey details window.
  3. View the statistics for each stage:
    Estimated Days in Stage
    The expected number of days required to complete the stage as specified for the customer journey.
    Actual Days in Stage
    The number of days between when the stage started and closed.
    Close Probability
    The probability of completing the customer journey successfully.
  4. View the stages and steps.
