Using the Ticket Related Assets tab

Use the Related Assets tab on the Ticket detail view to see all assets associated with the selected ticket and to associate and disassociate other related assets to the ticket.

To sort the list of related assets, click a column heading to sort the list according to that column.

To access the Related Assets tab:

• Access the Ticket detail view.
• Click the Related Assets tab. If the tab is not displayed, click More Tabs. See More tabs.

• To associate an asset:
  • Click Associate Asset.
  • Locate and select an item using lookup. See Finding records
  • Click Add Selected.
• To disassociate an asset:
  • Select the record to be removed and click Remove.
  • Click OK.
