Ticket activity parts

Use this view to manage parts in relationship to the ticket activity.

To view the Ticket Activity Parts tab, access the Ticket detail view and select the Ticket Activity Parts tab. If this tab is not visible, click More Tabs. See More tabs

On this page, you can:

• Add or modify ticket activities. See Adding and modifying ticket activities.
• Select a record and click Remove, to remove a part.
• Select a record and click Copy Part, to copy a part.
• Click Edit Ticket Activity for the associated ticket activity, to view or modify a Ticket Activity. See Adding and modifying ticket activities
