Using the Ticket Comments tab

Use the Comments text field for all internal notes, troubleshooting steps, or other important information related to the ticket.

To add internal comments to a ticket:

  1. Click the Comments tab on the Ticket detail view. If the tab is not visible, click More Tabs. see More tabs
  2. Specify the comments in the Internal Comments field.
  3. Click User Date Stamp icon to specify user name, the date and time (according to your language settings) of the comments.
  4. Click Save.
