Using the Ticket Comments tab
Use the Comments text field for all internal notes, troubleshooting steps, or other important information related to the ticket.
To add internal comments to a ticket:
- Click the Comments tab on the Ticket detail view. If the tab is not visible, click . see More tabs
- Specify the comments in the Internal Comments field.
- Click icon to specify user name, the date and time (according to your language settings) of the comments.
- Click .
