Using the Comments tab

Use this tab for all internal notes related to a defect or contract.

To add:

  1. Access the Defect detail view. See Using the Defect detail view
    Note: You can also access the Contract detail view. See Using the Contract detail view
  2. Click the Comments tab. If the tab is not visible, click More Tabs. See More tabs.
  3. Specify the required information in the Comments field. See Using a Memo field
