Adding a new Contact and Account

Accounts (or customers) are central to the exchange of the flow of real-time data between Infor CRM SLX and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).

Note: Your security access determines what functions are available. Contact your administrator for any access rights changes.

To add a new Contact or Account you can:

  • Select Account/Contact from the New menu.
  • Complete the remaining Contact Information fields as required by your company policies.
  • Complete the remaining Account Information fields as required by your company policies.
  • Select Look for Matching Records to search for records with matching information.
  • Select Save.
