Deleting a ticket
To delete a ticket:

access determines what functions are available. Contact the administrator for any
access rights changes. Web
Viewer users
cannot
access full
functionality.
- Find the ticket to be deleted. See Using the Ticket list view
- Click on the Ticket detail view. See Using the Ticket detail view
- Click to permanently delete the record, or to cancel deletion of the record.
