Modifying a standard problem
To modify a standard
			problem:
 
	 - 
				Select Service and select Standard Problems on the Navigation Bar to access the
						Standard Problems list view. See Using the Standard Problem list view
				Note: If required, use the Lookup option to locate a problem, and click the standard problem ID. See Using lookup
 - Change the standard problem information fields, if required. See Standard Problem information fields
 - Click Save.
