Removing a Contact or Lead from a campaign

If a contact or lead is not required to be included in future campaign stages, you can remove the contact or lead from the campaign. The contact or lead is listed as a campaign target, but the status is changed to Removed.

To remove a contact or lead from a campaign:

  1. Access the Marketing tab view.
    From the Contact, Account or Lead detail view, click the Marketing tab. If the tab is not displayed, click More Tabs. See Marketing.
  2. Select the contact or lead in the grid that you require to remove from further stages of the campaign.
  3. Click Remove.
  4. Click OK.
