Viewing a map for an address

Use the Map icon next to an Address to view the address on a map. If Contour integration is enabled and configured, displays a map using the Contour provider. If a provider is not configured, the address displays in MapQuest.

This function is only available for the first line of an address. The second address line is not used. If the pound (#) sign displays in an address, specify the same on the second address line to allow the map provider to better locate the address.

Note:

You must allow pop-ups before you can view a map.
Maps are not available for all addresses. If an address is defined, but is not displayed on a map, verify that the address is correct. If the address is correct, the geocode information required for Contour is not defined. In case of any queries, contact your administrator.

To view the map to an address, click Map icon on a view with an Address field. Another instance of the web browser is displayed.
