Using the Resource list view
The Resources list view displays all the resources that you have access to. You can use and to filter the list of records.
Note: The system administrator and users with the appropriate role can
access these features. See What are Roles and Secured Actions?
To access the Reources list view on the Navigation Bar, click and click .
On this page, you can:
- Click , to refresh list information.
- Click the resource name to access the Resource detail view. See Using the Resource detail view
- Review a group. See What are Groups?
- Use the Using lookup to search for records. See
The Task Pane contains the Common Tasks section. In this section, you can:
- Save records as a group. See Adding an Ad Hoc group
- Export records. See Exporting records to a file
