Emailing multiple contacts or leads
To email multiple contacts or leads:

Perform one of the following:
- Access the Contacts or Leads
list view.
- View a group or perform a lookup to find the records you require to email.
- Select the records you require to email. To select more than one record, press [Ctrl] or [Shift] keys, and highlight the records.
- Select Email from the Task Pane, under Common Tasks section.
- Select Email Contacts or Email
Leads from the Compose menu.
- Select the records you require to email. To select more than one record, press [Ctrl] or [Shift] keys, and highlight the records.
- Click OK.
- Access the Contacts or Leads
list view.
- Click Yes in Message field if the email is enabled, but you have not logged on.
- (Optional) Click Insert, and click one of the menu options if the email message requires an attachment.

Send the email by performing one of the following:
- Click Send. The message is not be recorded in history.
- Click Send to CRM. If you attached a file and require to save the file as an attachment, click Yes at the prompt. The email message is recorded to history, and the file displays on the Attachments tab. See Attachments tab
Note: Graphic files smaller than the minimum size set by the administrator are not be saved as separate attachments.
