Using the database manager Audit CRM Details tab

The Audit CRM Details tab in the Database Manager view displays the audit information for the database changes and queries performed in the Web Database Manager. The Audit CRM Details tab displays additional details and the option to revert some changes.
Note: The system administrator only can access these features. These features are not available in Oracle environments.

To access the Audit CRM Details tab:

  1. Select Administration > Database Manager on the navigation bar.
  2. Click the Audit tab. The Audit list view is displayed.
  3. Click the CRM Details tab in the Detail pane.
    Note: If the tab is not visible, click Detail in the list view toolbar.
  4. View this read-only information:
    Type
    The type of change audited. For example, ALTER VIEW.
    Object Name
    The name of the object that has changed. For example, the view ACCOUNT.
    Executed Date
    The date and time on which the change occurred.
    User
    The user who performed the change.
    IP Address
    The IP address where the change is occurred.
    Recoverable
    The change that can be reverted to the previous definition or value. You can recover these types of changes:
    • Alter: Table, Field, View, Function, Trigger.
    • Drop: Index, Function, View, Trigger.
    Note: This value cannot be modified.
    Current
    The change to the definition or value.
    Previous
    The definition prior to the change. If a change can be recovered, it reverts to this definition.
  5. Click the Revert Changes option to revert a recoverable change.
    Note: The Revert Changes option is only available if the Recoverable check box is selected.
