Associations tab

The Associations tab is displayed in both the Account and Contact detail views. Associated contacts and accounts have a relationship with the selected contact or account.

Columns in the tab include: Contact, Relation, Description, Created by, and Date.

On this page you can:

  • Click the Associations tab, on the Account or Contact detail view, to view the Associations tab. If the tab is not visible, click More Tabs
  • Click the contact or account name on the Associations tab, to view the associated records.
  • Click Add Association and follow the steps for adding a new Contact or Account association.
  • Click the Edit link next to the record you require to edit and follow the steps for editing a Contact or Account association.
  • Select an association and click Delete, to delete the selected association.
