Setting Query Builder Properties tab

Use the Query Builder Properties tab to specify the name and purpose of a query.

Note: The Query Builder supports many features. The tabs you see are based on the feature you are using.

To set Query Builder properties:

  1. Access the Query Builder.
  2. Click the Properties tab.
  3. Specify this information:
    Name
    The name of the query. If you are creating a group, the name you give the query displays in the Group Manager.
    Display Name
    The name as you require it to be displayed. If you are creating a group, the display name you give the query displays on the Group tab within the list view. If no Display Name is specified, the tab displays the text specified in the Name field.
    Description
    A description to identify the purpose of the query.
