Modifying a Response information

You can use this window to update response information. The responses keep track of interactions with a contact or lead. The response is displayed in the Responses tabs for the detail views.

To modify a response:

  1. Click the Responses or Marketing tab on the Contact, Lead or Account detail view. Click More Tabs if the tab is not visible.
    Note: To modify a response you can also click the Responses tab on the Campaign detail view. If the tab is not visible click More Tabs.
  2. Click the Edit link next to the record you require to modify.
  3. Update the response information.
  4. Use the Products area to view products associated to the response, or click Add Product to find and add a product.
  5. Click OK.
