Marketing tab

You can use the Marketing tab on the Account, Contact or Lead detail views, to view the campaigns that targeted a contact or lead. You can add or modify campaign response information, or remove a contact or lead from future stages of the campaign.

The Marketing tab displays these campaign response information:

  • Campaign Name
  • Campaign Code
  • Status
  • Stage
  • Contact (Account Detail view only)
  • Start Date
  • End Date
  • Response Date
  • Response Method

On this page, you can:

  • Click the Marketing tab on the Contact, Account or Lead detail view, to access the campaign response for the current record. If the tab is not visible, click More Tabs.
  • Add a campaign response:
    1. Click Add Campaign Response and perform the steps for adding campaign response information.
    2. To add a response for a contact or lead that is included in the campaign, click Add next to the record and perform the steps for adding campaign response information. (Account detail view only)
  • Delete a response from a campaign:
    1. Click Delete next to the response you require to delete.
    2. Click OK.

      The response still displays on the tab, but the status is changed to Removed, the Response Date is cleared, and the response is no longer included in any response calculations.

  • Remove a target from further stages of the campaign:
    1. Click Remove next to the response you require to remove from further stages of the campaign.

      The response still displays on the tab, but the status is changed to Removed, the Response Date is cleared, and the response is no longer included in any response calculations.

    2. Click OK.
