Using the Account list view
The Account list view displays a list of accounts that you have access. You can use and to filter the records,

determines the functions that are available. You can contact the administrator for
changes in access rights.
To access the Account list view, you can click on the Navigation Bar.
On this page you can:
- Work with records in a grid. See Working with Grids in list views and tabs
- Use the Summary view. See Using the Summary view
- Click to refresh the list information.
- Filter My list. See Using Task Pane filters
- Use the Using lookup to search for records. See
- Click the account name, to access the Account detail view

The Task Pane contains the Common Tasks section. In this section, you can:
- Use Mail Merge in the web client. See Using Mail Merge in the web client
