Account fields
The account information fields contain information about the account.
Field | Description/Action |

Account | A company with which you have a current or potential business relationship. |
Account Image | You can define an image for an account, for example, the company’s
logo. Once defined, the Account image automatically appears on the Contact detail view for any of the account’s contacts. To add or update an image drag and drop an image file to the Account image box on top of the placeholder account icon.Note: Account
images have a maximum size of 72x144 pixels.

Account Manager | The person or team within the organization that manages the account relationship. Click Finding records | to find the user or team within the organization to manage the account relationship. See
Address |
Address or location of the account. Click Edit Address window. See Adding or modifying an alternate address to view theTo view a map of the address, click . If Contour integration is enabled and configured, a map is displayed using the Contour provider. If a provider is not configured then the address displays in MapQuest. |
Description of Business | A description of the account business. |
Division | The division in the company to which the account belongs. |
Fax | Fax number for account. |
Industry | The account industry. |
Lead Source | The mode through which company found out about the account (for example a magazine ad or telesales). Click the arrow and select an item from the list. |
Main Phone | Main telephone number for account. |
Owner | User or team of users with access rights to the account. Click Finding records | to find the user or team within the organization that has access to the account. See
Parent Account | The account to which this account is the child or subsidiary. |
Purchase Likelihood Score | The calculated probability that a customer purchases a product within the next 30 days, represented as a percentage. |
Status* |
Account current situation. As an example, the list can contain Active, Dormant, On Credit Hold or Closed. To close an account you are no longer working with, but require to retain all of the history, change the status of the account to Closed. A closed account can still be modified. |
Sub Type | The sub-category of the account. |
Toll Free | Toll Free phone number for account. |
Type* | The category of the account. |
Web URL | Web address of the account. You can specify account official website. To access the contact Web site, click | .
