Using Office Profile Licenses tab

Use the Office Profile detail view, Licenses tab to view and manage the Infor CRM licenses applied to the database.

Note: Only system administrator and users with the appropriate role can access.

To view the license information:

  1. Click Administration on the Navigation Bar.
  2. Click Office Profiles. The Office Profiles list view is displayed.
    Note: If required, use the Lookup to locate an office profile, and click the company name to view the Office Profile detail view.
  3. Click the Licenses tab.
  4. View this information:
    Valid
    Indicates the status of the license.
    Expired
    Indicates if a previously valid license has expired.
    License Number
    The unique license number.
    Description
    A description of where the license is applied.
    Count
    The number of licenses applied.
  5. Click Add option. See Adding a License
    Note: To delete a license you can:
    • Click Select next to the license to delete.
    • Click Delete and click OK to confirm.
