Using the Ticket Activities tab
The Ticket Activities tab displays all activities associated with working on and resolving the ticket. Use the Ticket Activities tab to add a new activity for work done on the ticket or to modify an existing activity. You can set up future (follow-up) activities for you or another user. You can click a column heading to sort the list according to that column. By default, the newest Ticket Activity (according to date and time) displays at the top of the list.
To access the Ticket Activities tab:
- Access the Ticket detail view. See Using the Ticket detail view
- Click the Ticket Activities tab. If the tab is not visible, click . See More tabs
On this tab you can:
- Add a ticket activity. See Adding and modifying ticket activities
- Preview record details:
- Click . The row expands to display more details.
- To hide preview details, click again.
