Customer Journey Stages/Steps tab
The Customer Journey Stages/Steps tab allows you
to manage the stages and steps associated with a customer journey.
To open the Customer Journey Stages/Steps tab:
- Select Customer Journey on the Navigation Bar, . The Customer Journey list view is displayed. See Using the Customer Journeys list view.
- Click a customer journey in the list or use the Using Lookup. to locate a customer journey. The selected customer journey detail view opens. See
- Click the Stages/Tasks tab, on the Customer Journey detail view. See Using the Customer Journey detail view.
Note: The system administrator and users with the appropriate role
can access these features.
On this page you can:
- Add a stage. See Adding or Editing a Customer Journey Stage.
- Edit a stage.
- Copy a stage. See Copying a Customer Journey.
- Delete a stage. See Deleting a Customer Journey Stage.
- Reorder stages: Select the stage you want to move and then use the Move Up and Move Down buttons.
- Add a step. See Adding or Editing a Customer Journey Step
- Edit a step.
- Copy a step. See Copying a Customer Journey Step.
- Delete a step. See Deleting a Customer Journey Step.
- Reorder steps: Select the step you want to move and then use the Move Step Up and Move Step Down buttons
