Using ION Workflows

The ION Workflow integration provides an integration of Infor CRM SLX based activity with the Infor OS collaboration tools. The CRM based trigger conditions and corresponding data content published to Infor OS are defined in the ION Workflow Definition form. The CRM based data content is published to Infor OS by means of a Workflow BOD. The actual workflow process steps and notification logic are defined in the Infor OS based ION Desk Workflow editor. For more information concerning the workflow editor. See Infor ION Desk User Guide.
