Updating Multiple Leads
You can use the Bulk Action Update dialog box to change the owner or [account manager] for multiple leads at a time.
To change:
- Select a Group tab in the Lead list view.

Select one or more records.
Note: To select more than one record, hold down [Ctrl] or [Shift], and highlight the records.
- Click Update in the Task pane.
- In the Bulk Action Update dialog box, click the drop-down arrow and select the information that must be updated.

Complete the remaining fields to define the updated
value.
The remaining fields are based on the information to be updated.
Specify this information:
- Status
- Click the To drop-down arrow and select from the list.
- Account Manager
- Click Find or, use the Lookup option to find and select a record, and click OK.
- Owner
- Click Find or, use the Lookup option to find and select a record, and click OK.
- Click Add Property to add another property or and repeat steps 5-7 to select and define the information that must be updated.
- Click OK.
